Exciting Update!

As of Jan. 1, Resolve Through Sharing (RTS) has become their own non-profit organization! RTS was previously a subsidiary of Gundersen Lutheran Foundation, but is now independent.

As part of this transition, the accounting and invoicing for all RTS products (previously managed by Gundersen Lutheran) has now been transitioned to DigiCopy, who has been RTS's production and distribution partner since 2013.

DigiCopy's information should now be reflected in the Vendor/Supplier field on purchase orders. The ordering process is otherwise remaining the same; RTS products are still coming from the same location and all purchase orders can still be emailed to: RTS@dcopy.net.

Important: Our invoicing process has recently changed!

Please update the Vendor/Supplier field for all RTS products in your system - it should no longer say Resolve Through Sharing, RTS, Gundersen, or Bereavement Services. Instead, update vendor details to say:

When submitting a PO, please also confirm an email address where invoices should be sent, to ensure invoice delivery after your PO is completed. 

We require a copy of your PO if you choose to be invoiced. After placing your order, please email a copy of your PO to RTS@dcopy.net and reference your website order number.

There is a $200 order minimum to use a PO/be invoiced.
