Starting with the poem To Jessica, this booklet addresses the concerns that bereaved parents most often express - the unique parenting and bereavement experience of perinatal loss. The topics include: Mending a Broken Heart, Our Grief Seems So Different, What Do You Say, Saying Goodbye, Explaining Death to Children, and Sexuality and Thinking About Another Pregnancy. To be read again and again, the words of these bereaved parents hold meaning for other bereaved parents. The folder has pockets, for additional resources and mementos (32 pages).
