Magnetic Door Card

Our bereavement door card is now available in magnetic format. Place on a hospital room door to alert the staff that a death has occurred. The leaf and teardrop photo serves as a reminder to be sensitive when entering the room. The card may be offered to families as a keepsake in memory of their loved one. Measures 5.56” x 4.13”
