RTS 1635-L Support Group Leader Guide

This guide walks facilitators through every aspect of leading a support group, including defining group goals, understanding the role of the leader, and reviewing session content. The curriculum includes six 1-hour sessions, written in a script format for ease of delivery. Session topics best suited for grief support groups have been carefully chosen from the RTS evidence base to construct this curriculum.  

Topics include the following:

• Common grief experiences
• Grief intensity
• Ways people cope
• Ways people make meaning
