The RTS Door Card provides a discreet way to let healthcare staff know that a death has occurred, serving as a gentle reminder to enter the room with added sensitivity. Appropriate for perinatal, neonatal, pediatric, and adult loss settings, the cards support compassionate care while helping preserve a respectful environment for families.

These new vertical designs offer additional artwork options while continuing the same purpose as the original RTS Door Card. Hospitals can choose the design that best fits their bereavement program and care setting.

The Fallen Leaf poem is printed on the back of each card. After a family's hospital stay, the card may also be given to the family as a keepsake. Measures 4 × 6 inches.
