More Detailed Description:

The Hand-crafted Paper Memento Box is big, beautiful, padded, and offers the family something soft to hug.  It is our largest Box, sized to accommodate more items.  Appropriate for all ages, the Memento Box offers a sensitive container of consistent quality in which to place the personal effects of a Pediatric or Adult Loved One (i.e. glasses, wrist watch, jewelry, ID bracelet) or larger keepsakes from a birth or infant loss (blanket, gown, fetal monitor tapes, etc.).  It is a sturdy, dignified container for caregivers to return personal effects to families at a time when they both may be feeling at a loss. 

The Memento Box has the same signature Memories Unlimited design with the two interior padded frames and satin ribbon ties as the Memory Box, but is the largest Memories Unlimited Box with outside dimensions of 12” x 9 ¾” x 4”.  Although the Memento Box is offered as Box Only, the interior padded frames are designed for displaying Memories Unlimited literature components or photos, and an English Explanation Card comes inside each Memento Box. 

It is a gentle tool over which the caregiver can begin explaining the grieving process.  By giving the family a Memento Box containing keepsakes from their Loved One, you are providing a valuable and sensitive healing tool at one of the most difficult times in their lives.  This dignified Memento will be something they will cherish. 

Includes:

• The Memento Box (12” x 9 ¾” x 4” outer dimensions) containing two frames inside the lids to hold photos or literature (not included), the lid is top- and center-opening with two hinged panels that meet in the middle and tie with a ribbon
• Explanation Card (provides a brief explanation on how to use the Memento Box) Spanish Explanation Cards can be provided upon request up to the number of Memento Boxes ordered.
