The Preshand Presentation Baskets are designed for Infants of any gestational age (up to 12 lbs. or 20")

When presented with their baby nestled in the Preshand (preh-schänd) System Presentation Basket, parents see their baby as they had once hoped: nestled cozily in a soft setting appropriate for an infant. They get the chance to spend time with their infant in a more normal scenario, and the photographs that are taken of the infant cradled in a calmer, warmer, gentler setting, will have a softer, more tender feel to them. When good-byes are finally said, and the baby is lovingly laid down in the Coverlet-lined Insert within the Basket, they will think of and remember their child nestled in a comfy, snuggly Basket. This is the last image they will have of their baby in your hospital. This is the image they will remember of their child. This is the feeling a caregiver wants to provide a bereaved family.

Each Presentation Basket comes with an appropriately sized Nesting Filler. Because the two Basket sizes accommodate multiple Insert sizes, this malleable microbead pillow helps the Insert stay securely inside the Basket and keeps it from shifting. The Presentation Baskets are only designed to be used with Preshand Inserts and are not recommended for use with live babies.

The re-usable Presentation Baskets are made of Rattan-looking white Resin for durability and easy cleaning, as well as for beauty. (The Nesting Filler can be spot cleaned, if necessary.) The Presentation Baskets come in two sizes: Small Presentation Baskets accommodate Extra Small, Small, and Medium Inserts, and Large Presentation Baskets accommodate Large and Extra Large Inserts. Small Presentation Baskets are one piece, while Large Presentation Baskets come with a removable hood for easy storage.
